When you submit an enquiry or quote request through this website, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the contents of your message, including any product interests or requirements you describe.

Our hosting platform (Webflow) also processes standard technical data needed to serve the site, such as IP addresses and browser information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site; it collects standard usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location, using cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and follow up on your requirements. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to keep you informed.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, where a contract follows, on the basis of performing that contract.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed by Webflow (our website platform) and delivered to our business email, which is hosted by Microsoft (Microsoft 365). We use Google Analytics to measure site usage. These providers process the data on our behalf. We do not share your details with anyone else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business that follows. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are reviewed and deleted after around 24 months of no contact. Where an enquiry leads to business, related records may be kept for up to 6 years to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Your rights
