What we collect

When you contact us or send an enquiry, we collect your name, job title, company, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry or product requirements.

We also obtain work contact details through emails, phone calls, trade shows, referrals and publicly available business sources such as company websites, directories and professional networks.

We keep records of our business dealings, including communications, quotations, samples, orders and account details.

When you visit our website, we collect technical information such as your IP address and browser type and, with your consent, how you use the site. When you send an enquiry through the website, we also record how you found us, such as the page you arrived on, the website that referred you and any campaign reference in the link.

Calls with our sales team may be recorded for training and to keep an accurate record of what was agreed. We will tell you at the start of a recorded call.

How we use it
