Join our UK powder trial
We are inviting a small group of UK manufacturers to run our additive manufacturing powders on their own machines and tell us how they performed. We send the powder, matched to your machine, with its batch certificate. You run it, then we compare notes. Your feedback shapes what we hold in stock.
What you get out of it: a second UK source of powder you have already tested, a quote whenever you want one, and a direct line to Paul.

Metal powders from the UK since 1945
Ronald Britton started in Manchester in 1945 and today works from Rochdale. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, and we hold stock in the UK, so customers get a set delivery date rather than a place in a production queue. For most of our history that has meant copper, bronze and tin powders for diamond tools, coatings and engineering.
Now expanding into additive manufacturing
Customers kept asking whether we supply powder for printing, so we built a range for laser powder bed fusion and hold selected grades in the UK. We want to be the easiest AM powder supplier to deal with: UK stock, a clear delivery date, a batch certificate with every order, and a person who picks up the phone.
Spherical, gas atomised powders, standard 15 to 53 micron cut, with a certificate of analysis for every batch. Selected grades are in UK stock now and others ship to order. If you need a particular country of origin, tell us and we will tell you straight what we can do.
