As an established copper powder supplier in the UK, Ronald Britton offers a comprehensive range of copper powder grades to suit precision-critical and high-volume industrial requirements alike. Our copper powders are available in irregular, spherical and electrolytic forms, each optimised for specific processing methods and end-use performance criteria.
Whether you require fine copper powder for sintering, spherical copper powder for thermal-spray coatings, or electrolytic copper powder for powder-metallurgy components, Ronald Britton provides technically sound products backed by rigorous quality management. Our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations, alongside our EcoVadis sustainability rating, reflect our commitment to quality, environmental responsibility and supply chain integrity.
We supply copper powder to customers across the automotive, electronics, aerospace, construction, and chemical processing industries, in flexible packaging from small quantities to bulk orders.

Our irregular copper powders are produced via a controlled atomisation process, resulting in a dendritic or angular particle morphology that delivers excellent green strength and compressibility. High surface area and good inter-particle bonding make these powders particularly effective in pressed and sintered components where mechanical integrity is critical. Available in a range of particle size distributions to suit your specific process requirements.

Produced by gas or water atomisation, our spherical copper powders offer outstanding flowability and consistent bulk density — essential properties for automated powder feeding systems and precision deposition processes. Tight particle-size control ensures repeatable performance across thermal-spray, additive manufacturing, and press-fill operations. These powders are well-suited for oxygen-sensitive applications, including cold-spray coating.

Electrolytic copper powder is produced through electrodeposition, yielding exceptionally high purity (>99.5% Cu) with a highly dendritic structure. This morphology creates an extremely large surface area, resulting in superior electrical conductivity and excellent compressibility. As a preferred grade for demanding electrical and PM applications, electrolytic copper powder delivers consistent chemistry and particle characteristics, critical for performance-sensitive end uses.
